Every booking is vetted and managed by us. We never allow large groups, parties, or events. Your property is cleaned regularly and inspected to ensure standards are maintained. We’re selective because we know it’s your investment, and your trust.
We Let Haven will be fully responsible for paying the rent on an agreed date for the duration of the contract period irrespective of whether the property is occupied or not.
We work with people who need a place to stay for work like builders, business staff, or people moving home. They pay us to stay in your property. Because we offer a full service, we earn enough to pay your rent and cover our costs.
Corporate clients are staying with us as guests and this will not be their principle prime residence, so they do not fall under HMO regulation
This is not illegal subletting. Our company will be the tenant, and the property will be used to house guests and staff. This is a form of company letting and we would be happy to use your company let agreement. We would always make sure that you, the landlord, has given permission for us to have clients stay as guests.
Absolutely. We just need the standard notice of when you will visit so that we can notify our clients.
There are many reasons why it is beneficial to choose use, such as, having a longer term in place, covering minor repairs and keeping the home is show home condition.
However, the main reason why landlord prefer us now is that Renters (Reform) Bill worries a lot of landlords.
We want to be hassle free for you and easier than any tenants. We will cover any wear and tear damages up to the value of £250 monthly. Any damages cause by our guests are covered by us, replacing like for like items. Typically, you would cover any boiler, heating or structural issues.
